All orders are dispatched on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Orders placed today will be included in the next scheduled dispatch date. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping is available to 33 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Due to the limited edition nature of our products (VHS tapes limited to 100 copies, Flash Drives limited to 1000 copies), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our DVD is compatible with most standard DVD players. If you experience any playback issues, please ensure your DVD player supports the DVD-R format.
